This website is operated by the Banana Industrial Research and Development Center (BIRDC), the maker of the Tooke brand of banana flour. You can reach us at info@birdc.ug, at Plot 26A, Lumumba Avenue, Kampala, Uganda, or at our pilot plant in Nyaruzinga, Bushenyi District, Uganda.
