Tooke biscuit is a shelf stable product obtained by molding and baking dough which is majorly composed of wheat flour (37%) and banana flour (19%).

• Tooke Biscuits: Rectangular shape – 150g
• Tooke Digestive: Rectangular Shape – 50g
• Moisture content – <6%
• Acid insoluble ash – 0.05% Max
• Acidity of extracted fat – <1%
• coli – <1cfu/g, Salmonella – Absent in 25g, Yeast and molds – <10³cfu/g
• Shelf-life – 6months
• Allergens – Lactose from milk, Gluten from wheat and Soya lecithin from margarine
