TOOKE is brand for Green Banana flour & it’s products made in Uganda by Banana Industrial Research Development Centre (BIRDC). We add value to Green Banana, we have two types of Green Banana Flour that are all gluten free, Instant Green Banana flour which is best for both an instant Green Banana(Matooke)Meal and Instant porridge which is fast and easy to prepare. The second type of flour is Raw Green Banana Flour that is best for both gluten and gluten reduced baking. The flour is got from local Ugandan Matooke through Green farmers who supply the factory and then processed to have the two types of flour. We have different baked products that we have, these include Digestive Biscuits and Ordinary biscuits.
